- “God wants to reveal Himself to us, but He wants to see our ‘Trust Fund.’”
- “When God chooses us, He’s got a plan for us. He wants to know how much we’ll turn over to Him.”

- “We must guard against the worldly things and [against] Satan destroying our hearts.”
- “If we are to guard our hearts, we need to:
1) Love the Word of God (Psalm 19:1-7).
2) Confess our faults (Psalm 19:12; James 5:16).
3) Avoid willful sins (Psalm 19:13; Hebrews 10:26).
4) Don’t allow sins to have dominion over us.”

Michael Wood serves as an elder at The Church of Christ at Bouldercrest. From humble beginnings, he never hesitates in sharing his personal testimony and journey toward the cross. His passion and zeal for God are evident in the way that he speaks so candidly about the deliverance and hope that can only be found in the Savior. Michael is married and has one child.
